Matt Macedo is an award-winning director and producer of narrative and documentary films, PSA's, and commercials. Macedo's career began it's launch in 2015 when his film Drug of Choice premiered at the Reno Tahoe International Film Festival. Macedo strengthened his skills while attending the New York Film Academy earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Filmmaking and graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Drug of Choice, Homegrown, Without Regret, and Our Oceans are now available to stream on Amazon. Macedo's most recent short film Our Oceans was a semi-finalist at the Oscar-qualifying film festival, The Rhode Island International Film Festival, and was also nominated for Best LGBTQ Short Film at the Los Angeles Indie Shorts Fest. Our Oceans also won Best Director, Best Actor, Best Short Film, Best Writing, and Grand Jury prize at the Hanford International Film Festival.
